Yes. Every factory on Unknown has a minimum order of 1 unit. You can also check the texture first with one ready-made sample.

Factories enter their own price for each quantity tier. Change the quantity or options and the total updates instantly. The amount shown is the price at the time of the quote.

Once the factory accepts your order, payment instructions appear. Pay by bank transfer to the account shown, and production starts when the payment is confirmed. Card payments aren't supported yet.

Free of charge until you've paid. Cancel from the order details page. Once the payment is confirmed, production begins, so you'll need to contact us.

Each formula card shows the factory's lead time. The factory confirms the schedule when it accepts your order.

Use a custom request. Describe the function and feel you want, plus your skin type and what you use now, and suitable factories propose a price and lead time. Requests are free.

So the factory can choose ingredients that suit you, avoid combinations that don't, and match the texture and scent of what you already use. Only the factories that receive your request and our team can see it.

Key ingredients are public on the card. The full list is visible only to the customer of an order, once the factory has accepted that order, and the factory is notified of each view. You may not use it elsewhere or pass it to third parties.

Plain container + sticker means the factory's plain containers and boxes with a sticker on them. Your own brand design means your box and label. We suggest starting with the sticker to see how people respond, then moving over.

₩3,000 as standard, and free when the goods total is ₩50,000 or more. Jeju and remote islands add ₩3,000, even on free-shipping orders. Enter the postal code on the order form and we calculate it right away.

It depends on the country and the weight, so we don't calculate it automatically. The factory quotes the actual freight, and you pay after you've seen the amount. Duties and customs fees aren't included; the recipient pays them.

Depending on the country, shipping may be difficult or quantities may be limited. Pick the destination on the order form to see what's possible and the quantity guidelines.

Individual customers who go over the recommended quantity get an extra step confirming customs responsibility. Business customers go through a review by our team, and for some countries the factory must hold the required certification.

For overseas business orders, once the factory accepts, you can request basic documents such as a copy of the manufacturing registration, the full ingredient list and a COA. Registration, notification and labeling rules in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
