Privacy policy
What we collect, and what for.
The formal privacy policy will be published after legal review. Until then, here is, in plain language, what the service actually does today.
This document is a work in progress. This page is not a legally binding policy. It describes how the service works today, and the formal policy takes priority once it is published.
Information we collect

We ask for separate consent, and it is visible only to the factories that receive the request and our team. |

Who can see it
- Order information (the recipient's details and notes) is visible to the manufacturing factory that received the order and to our team, because it is needed for production and delivery.
- The skin information in a custom request is visible only to the factory that received the request and our team. Other customers can't see it.
- Factory onboarding documents are reviewed by our team and are not shown to customers.
- Except where required by law, we do not share information with third parties for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods and deletion procedures will be set in the formal policy. To delete your account or to view or correct your information, contact us using the details below.

We use cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
