Can I really order just one?
Yes. Every factory on Unknown has a minimum order of 1 unit. You can also check the texture first with one ready-made sample.
Plain container + sticker vs. your own brand design: what's the difference?
Plain container + sticker means the factory's plain containers and boxes with a sticker on them. Your own brand design means your box and label. You choose on the order form. We suggest starting with the sticker, seeing how people respond, then moving over.
How much is shipping?
Within Korea it's ₩3,000, and free at ₩50,000 or more. Jeju and remote islands add ₩3,000. For overseas orders, the factory tells you the actual freight and you pay after you've seen it.
Can you ship overseas?
Depending on the country, shipping may be difficult or documents may be needed. Pick the destination on the order form and you'll see the guidance. Business customers can get certification documents from the factory. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance.
