Pick it. Tweak it.
Order it. Done.
We cleared the long request forms and the minimum-order wall. From order to doorstep, it's five steps.
- 01
Pick a formula.
Choose from formula cards the factory has vetted itself. Each card lists the key ingredients, texture, available sizes and price per quantity. The full ingredient list is visible only to the party whose order is confirmed.
- 02
Set the options and quantity.
Scent, size and function options appear only if the factory has opened them. Change the quantity or options and the total updates instantly (shipping is added once you enter an address on the order form). Every factory's minimum is 1 unit.
- 03
Order a sample or a custom batch.
Check the texture with one ready-made sample, or go straight to a custom batch. On the order form you choose the delivery address, the buyer type (individual or business) and the packaging (plain container + sticker, or your own brand design).
- 04
Pay once the factory accepts.
When the factory reviews and accepts your order, payment instructions appear. For overseas orders, the factory quotes the freight before accepting, and you pay after checking the total. Production starts once the payment is confirmed, and you can follow progress on the order page.
- 05
Receive it and inspect.
When production ends, the carrier and tracking number appear on the order page, where you can track the parcel. Once it arrives, confirm the inspection. If no issue is reported within 7 days of delivery, the order completes automatically; if there is a problem, report it within that time and our team will look into it.
Order status
How an order moves.
- Order placed
- Accepted
- Payment in
- In production
- Shipped
- Confirmed
If the factory can't take an order, it's declined. If something goes wrong along the way, the order moves to “Issue reported” and our team steps in to mediate.
Abroad
Shipping abroad.
Import rules differ by country, so when you pick the destination on the order form, you'll see whether we can ship there and the quantity guidelines. Individual customers who go over the recommended quantity get an extra step confirming customs responsibility, and some countries cap the quantity.
Business customers go through a review by our team, and for some countries the factory must hold the required certification before you can order. Once an order is accepted, you can request basic documents such as a copy of the manufacturing registration, the full ingredient list and a COA. Registration, notification and labeling rules in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
